        I've worked with many insurances in my lifetime and Beacon is by far the worst. They lose papers, blatantly lie, hang up on you on purpose, and generally do whatever they can to deny basic mental health services or make you jump through so many hoops you give up. They actively harm some of the most vulnerable individuals.

        Would Leave 0 stars if I could. Terrible customer service, absolutely refusal to pay my mental-care providers, totally incompetent customer service reps, supervisors always "on vacation" until you push. They actively don't want to pay for your health care, if you can please boycott them they are terrible frauds and liars.
