I had such a great experience at this pain center. I had an injection of steroids for my back. And from the moment I got there to the moment I left everyone was very nice. I specifically want to point out Barbara the anesthesiologist and Rosanna nurse that brought me into the operating theater. Both were so professional, so friendly made me feel very comfortable, and were very good at their jobs. If you could ever talk to management about those two that would be great! Would recommend them to anyone! Thanks very much

I have been a patient in excess of 18 years and couldn't be more pleased with the level of care that I receive @NPI. They have undergone some changes with a corporate change, but provide the highest level of patient care in Pain Management that I am aware of. The physician assistants employed there are excellent and work with the doctors to provide a consistently high level of care and professionalism. I have had 7 spinal surgeries over the last 25 years and am very pleased They also work with my 4 other specialists, keeping them apprised of my treatment. They are compassionate, patient and take whatever time is required to address my needs. The emphasis is on consistency, as over the years, changes are bound to occur. Of course, their staff is efficient and polite, and their billing office is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

I love the staff and the Dr is great but their phone system is a nightmare. I would give it one star but that is not fair to the staff.
