Trustmark Auto Detailing

180 dollars wasted.... Car still dirty, wax still on car, bugs still on hood, interior still dirty, rims still dirty.  What a waste of money.

Billy and his team did a great job with my Lexus as the pictures indicate. I am looking to sell my Lexus and the made it look brand new. I have a dog and there is not a single dog hair in the car. This is amazing as the floor is black and dog hair easily sticks to the carpet. I recommend Trustmark.

My son used my car to get a gallon of gas for the lawn mower. The gasoline spilled all over the back seat and floor of my car. I tried all the home remedies: kitty litter, many boxes of baking soda. Still I had to drive with the windows down in order to breathe. Billy and crew cleaned the seats and returned my car smelling and looking fresh and clean. They did not resort to camouflaging the order with sickening "air freshener". I picked them at random from a list on the internet and am glad I did.

To be fair, I returned to the shop the following  Tuesday. The owner had a couple other guys there who "worked" to resolve the job. He asked me several times as they proceeded if it was OK. I just said yes to get out of there cause I didn't feel safe considering how the owner acted before. They cleaned a few spots but it is still not cleaned as it should have need. Here are a couple if pics after the do-over.
