        Staff was friendly and professional. New Dermatologist was very professional, listened to my concerns and performed a quality examination.

        Its a different place since Dr Lui retired. Service was terrible i got in traffic jam and i telephone to let then know. The receptionist told me I was 12 mins late the doctor could not see me. I told her I called to let them know I was in a traffic jam and that she told me to come on. She said I was 12 minutes late they only allow 10 minutes. Over 2 minutes I could not see the Doctor. I would recommend Westgate or a different Doctor. She even told me it was going to be a long time before I could get an appointment. They do not care about customer service, in the past I was not in the office over 10 minutes. I recommend that you find a different dermatologist, their customer service. Sucks!!
