Allegacy Federal Credit Union

I belong to Delta Community Credit Union (an airlines union based in Georgia) yet THIS is the bank that I go to in order to make money deposits (or the rare case of withdrawals). They always make my transactions occur successfully and swift with no stress.

Absolutely do not do business with this company. If there was a way to give negative stars their rating would be worse. Send check in for payment at first of the month. Get a call after payment is due saying they haven't received the payment.  They in turn want me to pay a credit card fee to pay it. After telling them payment has been sent for two weeks they say it is the mail carrier fault. This is pretty much the past year and half month to month deal.  After making multiple questions about setting up direct payments they told us it would be additional charges for doing that. Finally one person that called said a direct pay doesn't charge. Seems like a company of incompetent employees.  After setting up their direct payment they failed to pull the payment out. They call me due to a supposedly late payment even though it is setup for direct electronic payment they reported it as a missed payment. First supposed missed payment in 3 years.

never use this bank! complete crooks! they stole money from me when i did a transfer. when i called they refused to let me speak to a manager! i closed my account! after doing business with them for 21 years they refused to make it right! rude, completely unprofessional and stealing your money!

Do yourself a favor and never do business with these clowns.  been with them for years and constant issues.  Lates  is charging made up fees that they can't explain to my account.  Hopefully I can find some other recourse other than just exposing them.

Not sure why the bad reviews here. I went in and found them super friendly and helpful.
