        It took the drive thru cashier a minute to get my order. I could barely hear him. Then my order was incorrect. I called back to notify them of their mistake. I was placed on about a five minute hold. I was told that I would be able to come back and get my order replaced, however when I went back the male that answered the phone didnt even put my name on the list. And of course the male cashier with the black hair and glasses didnt give me my receipt in the bag as he stated it would be. Its not as good as it used to be. Very disappointing.

        Haven't been to Sonic in years. We went frequently in PA but since moving to NC ten years ago we rarely go because none are near us I was in Winston today and saw this location. We had a great dinner. I had their new butter burger. If the first word is butter you know it's bad for you and good. It was really really good. Staff was efficient and friendly. Service was quick. One star off because lot was dirty. I worried about the food and service but happy everything was great. Some people can be inconsiderate about their trash. I might have come through on a bad day. I would stop by again if I was in the area.
