Quality Inn Coliseum

We came in after 9:30 pm on 7/8/19, and pulled in the wrong area with our dually pick up truck and 40 foot trailer.😮 Lakin, the manager was out in the parking lot with me, helping my husband get backed out of the parking lot without damaging any vehicles. He was so pleasant and understanding of our error. Then after we got in our room, we walked across the street to Wendy's to be told the lobby was closed and that drive thru was open, but not for pedestrians. So, we walked back to the hotel and mentioned our situation to Lakin again. He volunteered to drive us in his personal vehicle to the Wendy's which we accepted. Customer service beyond any expectations!! The room was clean and staff was very pleasant.

Total disaster. Failure to clean the rooms in even a basic manner. Seedy lowlifes staying here, people walking around inside smoking. Rooms are terribly outdated, you can hear everything in the hallway, I would not pay $3.00 to stay here but I’m here for work so the company decides. Ohh well.

disgusting never ever ever stay here. we had a block of 25 rooms and six of the room that had been checked into had tons of BED BUGS. DISGUSTING goodbye

Bed bugs... in more than 6 rooms we checked!! Do not stay here!!
