I book appointments with Elizabeth for massages. Shes the BEST! I so totally relax with she works out the stress with her very capable hand techniques. I dont want to leave the shop after a session with her! Trust me when I say youll be glad you booked an appointment with her!

Several times I worked with Chris and he was amazing. Gentle and did exactly what I needed. I would give him 5 stars. I went to Nancy once, and received nothing but condescending comments. About how frizzy my hair was. About how long it was going to take her to complete. She was non stop the entire time I was there. Let me say, it was raining that day, I had just brushed it to help out. And it needed a trim. But nothing to prompt her to be so unprofessional and rude. The experience was enough, that I will never go back.

I love Aveda retail products and professional line. I have used this salon many times throughout the years. I would like to give a 5 star review. However, I can't due to the very inconsistent service. The only time I have been 100% pleased was when Nancy did my hair. For the very high prices this salon charges, I should receive excellent results every time. Service: Haircut
