The bank tellers at the drive thru lack customer service. This is still a drive thru bank even after the end of the pandemic. I could see the tellers laughing at my dads problems with the check from blue Cross and blue shield after my mother passed away a few weeks ago. The teller told him that he would have to make a estate account to cash or deposit the check. Which no one told us about. Not happy with them right now. I still bank with them, but they need to be retrained to better communicate with their customers.

Im not one to frequently write reviews, but I was very shocked by all of the one star reviews and felt like I needed to! I have been a Wells Fargo customer my whole life, and I have come to this location three times. All of the tellers are incredibly kind and today I was able to chat with Darcy and and Nicole, they were both very helpful as dealt with some financial stuff I havent dealt with before. Will be back!
