My braider is on vacation and this location is close to my home . I called and inquired about the spring twist style , I arrived and had to wait , it’s security mall so I decided to shop to kill time when I returned I was informed that a braider was finishing a customer, when I sat in her chair it was clear that her intentions were to expedite the service as quickly as possible, I asked her were the twist going to be secure based on the amount of hair she was placing in , she then asked if I had these twist before and I informed her “always” - I desperately needed my hair done therefore gave the benefit of the doubt , shortly after the speed braiding service this woman began to announce that she had to leave at 2:30 and my hair was left undone for another very unhappy braider to take over - I asked the unhappy braider would my hair stay in she pulled one braid loose and informed me that this easy pull out was because of the hair not the braider - I have been using Adam & Eve braiding services for 7 years my hair is placed concisely , methodically and never unravels , the only reason I now have these monstrosity of twist in my hair is because Adams in Africa - I have had a similar braiding nightmare in the past but before I go do this again I will gel my hair down and place a ponytail piece on it first ! Worse experience ever ! This was not worth the time and definitely not the 200.00 - I should have just burned that 200.00 it would not have been as regretful as these ugly twist !
