No seats in baggage claim; how ridiculous for older folks, pregnant women, etc, to have to stand so long! And sometimes a long wait for wheelchair service. Gate personnel are helpful towards wheelchair patrons. Flight delays not handled well.

Seemingly, everyone here at this location doesn't know about customer service. . TSA- is the worst of all all airports I have traveled, and I've been to quite a few around America. They are rude. Disrespectful. Won't speak as common courtesy. Now I totally understand that their may be a frustrating moment as a TSA employee as they really deal with all different types of customers, but nevertheless, that's the job. The sad part is that everyone is definitely not meant for TSA. TSA has certain strict guidelines for security checkpoints, which I agree with, but when it comes to customer service and how you treat people goes a long way. I'm totally disappointed. They were rude to an elderly woman in front of me, didn't speak to a kid as the kid said good morning as he was putting his luggage on the line. Just a few things I noticed. What are these TSA employee learning during daily meetings about customer service. What protocols do they go thru outside of security. And personal skills? If you see it.. Report it and if the Supervisor are not supporting, leave a Google review with that individuals name and how rude there were.
