It's a manufacturing facility but they also have a nice showroom with knowledgeable a d helpful staff. You cannot order there (as far as I understood) but at least you can find out everything you need about the Milgard windows so that you know what to order when talking to a dealer.

Recently had window replacement by warranty cancelled again due to weather conditions.  Ok, this would seem reasonable except that when they scheduled it in December for March they would have known that this area has weather down to 40 degrees so why did they schedule?  The biggest challenge is that they have one scheduler back in the Midwest I believe for milgard but they farm it out to installers around the country and there is little communication between the scheduler and the installer so you don't know if you schedule whether the person who measures and installs will come or not that day/time and whether they will have read the claim or not.  My warranty claim was placed in October, I don't know when the windows will actually be replaced.

Just had a warranty done. 2nd time in a year, different windows and issues. Both times wonderful experiences, on time, pleasant, professional, and work done perfectly. Our home almost 30 years old. Love their warranty people. Thank you.

Milgard is not making many replacement parts.  So when I had my 9 year old window repaired the repair guys had to use the old rusted parts.  No parts available.  You may like the windows at first, but they will not honor their warranty.  Beware, failed after about 6 years. Repair was half the cost of a new window.  I will never use Milgard again.
