TK Love & Company Tax Service

I have been going to TK Love & Company for years. I also have several family members and friends that support this business as well. I appreciate the personable and little extra time that they take to process my returns. In doing so, they find out a few things about me that can help save me a couple of hundred or a few thousand dollars. I would rather have this type of service versus a company being so professional that they push my return out so fast and miss things that could benefit me. They are also licensed NC real estate agents. Keep up the good work Love Team!

TK love has always done an awesome job with my fillings. I have mentioned that he should send his secretary for phone etiquette classes, other than that I have no complaints.

I would like a -0 if I could. This is absolutely the WORST experience I’ve ever had dealing with a “professional”. I filed early in the year and still have not received anything. They NEVER answer their phones nor return calls. Communication is the absolute worse. To be in the tax profession this is the worst I’ve ever had to deal with and not know anything or get any answers to my questions. DO NOT RECOMMEND
