Where are my supplies? How long does it take? You are overdue! My face mask has fallen apart. It's been nearly 5 months. You said I'd have new parts 2 months ago. Where are they? And for God's sake, please answer your phone. And please call back with an answer. Unacceptable! Reply to reply: Your reply is meaningless. If you provide 'the best possible care', then none of this would have happened. I've already tried your suggestion, and I'm still left without your promise. I'm seeking new a new provider. You should be embarrassed. People rely on your services and Lincare seems to ignore them. Shameful!

I am writing this review on behalf of my partner who has been waiting for his machine since March of 2022. This place is nothing but a money grab and they are committing insurance fraud. His claim has been processed three separate times, and still no machine, no call back, nothing. Every time we reach out, it's always "tomorrow." We will be reporting Lincare for the suspicion of Health Insurance Fraud.

This location has the WORST customer service! To me I feel they are extremely unorganized and not friendly at all! The customer definitely does NOT come first. They do NOT abide by doctor's orders and they do not care. I feel they are in the wrong business. When dealing with the public and ill people they should have more consideration and respect!! I would NEVER give them a star, it's more like minus 5 stars! I tried for 4 days to get someone in charge (supervisor) to call me back and they NEVER did. I finally got corporate to get involved and assist me. It was absolutely ridiculous!!! I never want anything to do with them. If you have the option to use a different company then do so.
