The associates in this store are so wonderful. My 9 year older daughter made a purchase here on July 16, 2023 and accidentally left her wallet on the counter with all her money and gift cards in it. The associate tracked down our phone number from the sale and called immediately and held it for safekeeping. My daughter was so relieved! I did explain to her that not everyone in this world would be so honest in the future, but thankful the first time she misplaced her wallet it was at this store!

Just got to Yankee Candle in Willow Grove Mall. On web site store close at 8pm today. Arrived at 7pm employees said store is closed at 7pm. So I just drove for 45 minutes, time that I can't get back. So disappointed
