        I never got the call that my machine was ready so I came super late to pick it up (my fault for not calling to ask sooner). The guy was pretty passive aggressive about it and tried to gaslight me into thinking I gave him the wrong phone number (I know my own phone number, I've had it for over 10 years and have literally never accidentally given anyone the wrong phone number). After that they were pretty nice to me. I know the customer is not always right, but I also know for a fact I did not give the wrong phone number and wish they hadn't put all the blame on me. Won't return but probably not representative of their typical customer service.

        Guy behind the counter is a bit brusque. Has a TV playing that dates from the Reagan Administration. But he knows his stuff and he helped me save a lot of money by telling me exactly what needed to be done with my Dyson stick vacuum, at a very fair price. Highly recommend.
