Worst customer service experience I've ever had. Purchased a part from Radwell in July of 2022. Received it and it was bad. Sent it back for inspection and repair within days. Followed up with Faith in NJ about my part numerous times via phone and email and never received a response. Contacted other people at Radwell and they too never responded. Just received an email today from a person I never talked to before saying my part is being repaired on 2/26/24. Over a year and half AFTER I returned the bad part I finally get a response. Not apologizing for the lack of communication but that my part is still not done. I've already purchased a new part from a reliable source back in August of 2022. Buyer Beware!

I purchased something from them which said certified used , and a week later was told it didn't pass inspection? How do you put something for sale that you don't know if it works? I consider this fraud and will never purchase anything from them again! I have been in the business of buying an selling breakers for over 20 years and have never told my customer I had something in stock before I made sure it was in working condition. I lost a good customer over this transaction.

Radwell charged $10 for shipping a small box via USPS which was fine and expected.
They added a $16 handling fee without notice on a $36 part. If I did not need the part I would have returned it as that bait and switch is not appreciated.

My relationship with Radwell International is based on selling them my excess Engineering Inventory. As a small micro business I would highly recommend Radwell to other small businesses. They respond to pricing request promptly and fairly.
Once an offer is made and I accept, I typically receive payment with 7 working days. As a small business cashflow is a real challenge, so Radwell commitment to making prompt payment is both supportive and refreshing.

Ordered a part from radwell contacted customer service with questions about shipping and customer rep Sharon did an amazing job at helping me. She gave the best customer service Ive ever received, did 2 follow up calls to make sure my order arrived before our inspection was scheduled. Couldnt recommend this company enough excellent service from Sharon
