I had a wonderful time shopping for my Buick at Cappellino Buick-GMC. Michael Matthews was as helpful as any sales person could be! He was extremely knowledgeable about the Buick Encore Gx I purchased! He took time to show me all of the features that the car had while being patient, polite, and friendly. I would highly recommend you shop at Cappellino Buick-GMC and if given the opportunity work with Michael Matthews. I am very happy with the car I purchased and the quality customer service I received!

Horrible horrible experience overall with this place, I had an issue with the transmission, they killed my brand new battery and then wanted us to pay for it, then they fixed original problem and then when I picked up my vehicle the check engine light was on and they made me pay for their mistakes on my vehicle. Will not be coming back here

Onstar still not working after contacting them. They kicked the problem back to the dealer. I dont have time to deal with new vehicle problem.
Onstar problem, stated above, has now been corrected (by June 27) after my vehicle salesman contacted an Onstar tech that he had access to.
