image I chose the UPS Store option on my return even though it's further from home because I didn't have a box or printer to print the label. It indicated neither was needed. I had to buy a $5.30 bag to ship it. I'll be going back to Staples where it never costs me a sent.

To sum it up, a customer packed return code means that the customer is fully responsible for presenting the item packed and ready to ship. If the customer comes to the store with the item not properly packed, we do offer packaging supplies and services, for a fee. Thank you for your purchase, For questions relating as to who is responsible for providing packaging, Amazon or the like should have been contacted prior to visiting our store. We take great pride in providing knowledgeable and friendly customer service to all of our customers and we are sorry that you feel otherwise.
