        Hand n Heart is a very unprofessional company to work with. They are careless when it comes to their workers. They have no care for their employees who dont have transportation after they call and tell someone at the job they dont have transportation at the moment. They constantly pressure their worker about shifts they arent able to work. I will not refer anyone to this job. The staff in Richmond hand n heart is very rude and has no respect for no one who walks in the building. If your family is looking for good care for a loved one!!! this Company is not the right choice .
