The property manager is petty and abuses her power for personal vendettas and will modify the paperwork to get you evicted after the works the books to get you moved in. She wanted to tag a car ive been driving for 2 months suddenly for no reason to be removed after assuming a social post was about something she had no business getting involved in. She will pretend to be your best friend then black mail you. I don't recommend moving into this complex unless you are very well off and if you do, definatly don't socialize with this woman. She's a toxic snake.

Great community! The manager and maintenance man are by far the best we have seen here!! People that complain or try to damage the managers reputation are the ones that can not follow rules and when she gave them an inch they took miles, so therefore she had to do her job plain and simple. If you follow the simple rules it is a great community and everyone gets along. I would like to thank the manager Candace for all her hard work! Do not sweat the bad ones, you can not please everyone.

I will miss this place. Great people. Well worth dealing with. Couldn't have asked for a better apartment. Great view of the fireworks.

These apartments are very nice and spacious. The grounds are kept really nice and it's safe here. The property manager is the problem here at this property. She fakes documents and evicts you when she doesn't like you. Only helps her friends and NEVER gives notices on property fixes. Had a few times that she wasn't in the office all day and no notice was posted telling residents she's out. Messed up on my lease renewal last year. Remember it's a great place to live, if you can look past the management.
