        I walked in I had an old machine from in the family thought I might ask just to see if they my have some spare parts laying around. I was asked what dumpster I found my sewing machine in and it would be cheaper just to have them sell me a new used one. I explained that I found the part that I needed online for $12 and that I was just seeing if I could get it locally how a $12 part becomes a new sewing machine I don't know. I went to Midwest sewing and vacuum and found the part that I needed was less than $20 in town and I was happy to pay them to service my machine. Won't give a1 a dime of my money, ever.

        Had an issue with my machine nesting. The old gentleman knew the issue instantly, and schooled me on how to avoid nesting. Definitely would recommend this place. They know what they are doing.
