Worse place ever needs shut down Roches spiders bed bugs . Infestation when they spray they put water in their spray for bed bugs they use the same spray they don't even get profesonals to donor. Never move here they are cheap and discussing

"BEG BUG INFESTED" I moved here from Colorado. I didn't come from a rich family but my parents made sure us kids were in a good neighborhood. As you could imagine, it was a BIG culture shock for me. This place was no where near the top of my list but we couldn't afford anywhere else. It was affordable, so it had to do. from the outside, it looks pretty "ghetto." On the plus side, inside our apartment it looked pretty decent. The first couple months was rough, as I'm sure most people know what its like to be out on your own for the first time. Our first landlord worked with us when we were struggling financially, which was great. It only lasted a couple months then we got to the point where our rent was paid early and even 2 month ahead. Other than that I wouldn't recommend this place. Shortly after we moved in the SWAT team was here because of one of the men stabbed his boyfriend. Imagine going out to walk out dog and you see the SWAT everywhere. A sniper across the street."IT MADE THE NEWS." But cops are always there. Fights, drugies, drunks, and so on. Even had a lady blare her horn for 2 hours in the middle of the night several nights in a row. Imagine how you'd feel having to get up early to work then add having a baby in the picture. Anyhow, to top that off NOTHING got done unless it was an emergency. It took 6 months to get 2 of many things that I requested to have fix be done. The other thing is that it is INFESTED WITH BED BUGS!!! It started when I was 6 months pregnant, I and my husband kept getting bit. At first we thought it was mosquitoes or spiders. But it kept happening even when neither of us was going out side. It took me after my baby was born for me to realize it was beg bug bites. We told our formal landlord and she sent Slug Bug & Rug to spray. They sprayed 2 or 3 different times but it never solved the problem. We had gotten a new landlord, so we told her. At first she said that she could get BugsRus to spray but its almost $400. We told her we don't have that kid of money. The she said she could set us up with a payment plan. But we would have to have $200 to put down before anything will be done. Do you think if I could afford that that I would be living in a place like this? Anyway, she said she would cover this treatment but if it happens again that we would be held responsible for it. That sounded fair, and she said that she would set up an appointment and get back to us with the time but that it might take up to a week since the company she goes through is on a tight schedule. I came back and asked about when it will be that they will come and treat since she never got back to me. She said that she NEVER said that. "GET THINGS IN WRITING OR RECORDED!" I FREAKED out on her and told her I'd call the housing department on her. Which I did! But they wouldn't do anything. Anyhow, I went through another pest control company. He sprayed 2 different times but they kept coming back. When I told him they were showing up in the bath tube, he told me then its coming from one of the neighbors that walls connect to ours. Sure enough it was!! We found out from the Pest Control lady that the apartments go through that this man had supposably been living with bed bugs for at least 2 years. When she walked in his apartment his floor was CRAWLING with them. They were EVERYWHERE. Even on him, ALL the time. This man has gone to the hospital because of this. On the bright side, the landlord FINALLY was doing something about it but as long as that mans apartment is infested, bed bugs will keep coming. We asked the Pest Control lady how long it will take for the problem to be dealt with, she said MONTHS. You see, we've been living with them for 9 months. We have spent hundreds of dollars to deal with this problem. We've had to throw away furniture, some of which had sentimental value. We finally managed to move after talking to a lawyer. If you are planning on moving there or live there be WARNED about BEG BUGS. YOU CAN TAKE LEGAL ACTION.
