I switched my personal banking from another financial institution last year to CapFed(The Maize location).I honestly have never had such a amazing experience with the people at any other bank ever.The ladies that work here are Truly Amazing and so fun to deal with!!! I usually deal with Alexa Genna and Angeling . CapFed as a company should strive to have all their employees like these ladiesThey have such great personalities and make everyone feel important.They have such outstanding futures and they have totally made me happy I switched

With the expected confusion surrounding a system upgrade, I went in to the office for help in person and was absolutely pleased with each person who helped with different issues I was having. KUDOS to the staff! This is why we have been banking with CapFed for well over 30 years!

I have gone to CapFed for about two years and no one has cared enough to know my name. I go thru the drive-thru and the same location and nothing. However, recently I moved out west over by NMS and after 2-3 visits, I pulled up to the drive and low and behold I hear, "hi Stephanie!" and to say I was speechless is an understatement! CapFed is my savings bank and at the bank where I have all my other banking at, they don't know my name either. But boy, did I feel special because Josie knew my name! She was so cheerful and it felt refreshing having a person in the drive who truly has outstanding customer service! I am considering moving all my banking because of that one interaction! Banks don't understand how important customer relationships are, but I can tell you this CapFed - Josie sure does!

So its a holiday weekend and I shop at my new capital federal branch and I need a check signed by someone here and the cashier goes running in her high heels out to the parking lot to stop the branch manager who had just been leaving for her break and then promptly sets her car down and comes back in to sign my check I think that superb service if I ever saw it wish I couldve got a video of the cashier running in her heels.

I typically only go through the drive-through at 3450 N Maize. And Believe me Im a small fish little customer but Jocelyn always knows my name. It reminds me of growing up in my small town where people respect people and know who you are. Very refreshing and reminds me of home. Thank you Cap Fed for always treating me like the richest best customer youve ever had. .
