They are always so welcoming whenever I come for my cleanings. The whole staff is very nice and make you feel at home. They walk you through your cleaning and let you know what things you can do to improve the health of your teeth.

They do have great service but as far as the front desk goes their personal care isn't very professional. I apparently had a lack of communication with the front desk and apparently they took it the wrong way and was told they were not going to be spoken to in that manner. It makes me sad to know that medical personnel are very rude and unprofessional. It's very sad very sad. If you want to put up with rude and disrespectful front desk go for it because they do have a great medical staff behind the front desk. And to know that the front desk is representing this company what is shame..

Edited: I was duped! After my first to this place I was promised a Starbucks gift card if I gave them a 5-star review, so I did. Now Im taking it back. I havent been back in almost two years because of the pain and sensitivity I felt after Dr. Doan fixed a filling. I asked for it to be redone, but it actually felt worse. After he was done, he tested it twice. Both times, I said it was still sensitive. His response, "Really?!?! It can't POSSIBLY still hurt." I never went back. Original review: I moved here from Chicago a little over a year ago, and Ive literally run past this place several times each week. I finally called to make an appointment, and Im glad I did. The staff is amazing and the facility is beautiful. I especially love the screen on the ceiling, so you can watch Netflix while they clean your teeth.
