We own a number of rental properties, so over the years, I've had several occasions to call on Scott to do everything from inspect a roof on a property I was looking to purchase, to repairing a roof that sustained storm damage. I've always found him to be both prompt and reasonably priced.

Purchased a house in Sept 2020, part of the contract was for a new roof and fascia/soffit to be installed. Truett won the job with the lowest pricing, billed to the sellers insurance. I opted to upgrade to impact resistant shingles and pay the difference. After installation the invoice arrived that was double the quoted price, turns out it was quoted wrong. Which explains why the job took longer than quoted when they had to deliver more material for failure of accurate job assessment. Now, 21 months later, still attempting to get the fascia/soffit fixed as contracted. I'm being informed they credited the fees back to the seller in June 2021 and are refusing to complete the job.
