        After over a week to to do a minor repair I have to wait 2 hours on the scheduled pickup date for my bike. The problem has immediately recurred and on closer inspection it is obvious the repair was only partially completed probably to get the bike out the door. Glad I didn't buy the bike from them.

        We are so lucky to have Tyler and his staff at BP!! I have purchased my last two bikes from them and have been so thankful for their patience, guidance, and knowledge. Also, for the first time, ever, I had my grand total rap battled to me (Tyler took the challenge and beasted some awesome lyrics to finalize my purchase). Thank you all!! Happy riding!
