This was the second time we celebrated our son's birthday and once again Pure Entertainment did NOT dissapoint. All of our guests (35 of them total) were very impressed with the food (pizza), the attention and most of all the amount of fun the kids had that night. We are definitly repeat customers and many of our guests have boughts memberships there to go on the weekends and inservice days. Give them a shot for your child's b-day party....almost certain you'll be a regular as well. Thanks Pure Entertainment for a wonderful Birthday Party!

I know that this place is out of business, and there is a reason why. My daughter held her wedding here just last saturday. The guy that runs this place, Jesse, is a money hungry fraud. The childrens inflatables were not up to code, he tried to add an extra 466.00 gratuity fee on top of their bill FOUR days before the wedding. The walls and floors were dirty. The contract was for two meats, pork and chicken, we only got the pork. He said rod and drape room dividers were including in the original price, but tried to add on 750.00 and in the end we did not get the room dividers. We had to take down the previous parties decorations from the ceiling. He tried to change the minimum standard clear plasticwear to styrofoam the day before the wedding. He tried to cut out the pepsi products when he clearly told me that they would be included with tea and water beverages. Thank goodness for the girl Tanya that worked there. She helped us as much as she could. But as far as following through on what we were getting, he tried to cut out every single thing he could. I thought the venue was overpriced for what we got.

I went to check this place out for a possible B-day party but my first impression was not too pleasant. First there are tons of cigarette butts and trash all around the entrance, which to me indicates a lack of supervision/management. Second it was a rainy day and the carpet right when you come in the front door (front area is all carpet) was completely soaked in water and made the place look just as I expected it would after seeing the trash and cigarettes in the front. I was hoping that the actual party and bounce area would change my perspective but sadly it did not. Don't let the pictures fool you, the place is dirty inside and out and personally I would not want to celebrate or have my guest treated at a place like this. There's not much to do here in wichita and we've about done all that you could do but this place will surely not have my business.

When it comes to entertainment, this place is wonderful. Unfortunately, safety is not a concern to them! We were at the facility for a scheduled party on 5/19/13 when a huge storm came through. The party I was with started receiving tornado warnings on our cell phones. We alerted the staff at the facility who weren't aware. They announced overhead, "We are currently receiving information that there is a tornado warning, our bathrooms can be used as a tornado shelter". Approximately half of the guests in the facility left leaving about 100 people to squeeze into the restrooms. My kids were a mess and we chose to stay rather than drive through ridiculous rain, wind, and hail. The facility STILL wasn't aware of any warnings and was relying on parents to tell them. The next announcement was "Due to the current weather and reports of tornados being spotted, we are closing the facility and you must leave now". They kicked everyone out while reports of tornado activity were being reported near Mid Continent Airport! Very poor preparation for bad weather!!!!!! Most places won't let you leave and they made everyone leave. Fortunately. everyone in my group made it home safely. Also, one of the inflatables collapsed twice while we were there with children inside. And our party never received the pizza that we paid for since it was 45 minutes late before we got kicked out.
