ABSOLUTELY UNEXEPTABLE My wife was told they don't see new patients, and she is considered new because she has not been there for 6 years.

Waited 6 days to have blood pressure and cholesterol medication refilled. The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. She then proceeded to tell me the nurse left a message on our home phone that I needed to schedule a Dr appointment. We haven't had a home phone in over 6 years. I also left my current phone number in the message for the nurse, so I know they didn't attempt to call. Have been going to this Dr office for over 18 years, and have never been treated like this. Smh

I've seen James Hesse for a few decades now and have always liked his friendly staff and their business. They honestly seem to care.

Ive been going to place since I was 5 Im almost 20 now and Ive never been told there was a late policy. I now can no longer attend this doctors office because the last time I visited I was 10 minutes late and I had been waiting for this appointment for a month and the front desk lady told me I couldnt go in because by that time it was past the 10 minute grace period. I was extremely disappointed had I known all of this was going to happen. I wouldnt have spent my entire life going to a doctors office that didnt care about my well being or the fact that sometimes things happens and people are late. The only doctor thats worth going to ESPECIALLY for your kids is Doctor Palacio. He was a good doctor and care very much about his clients.
