I ended up not using Metropolitan Painting & Contracting for a contracting job. Their estimate was very pricey, and I protested, so they went down a $1000, which was still pricey. I was shopping around and getting offers that was $2000 less than Metropolitan's revised estimate. In fact, I ended up hiring another licensed and insured contractor, and the end result was good. My recommendation is that you keep asking other contractors and compare prices and don't immediately accept Metropolitan's estimate.

We are very pleased with the renovation of our kitchen and adjoining dining room, living room and entrance foyer that was performed by Metropolitan Painting & Contracting. The communication and attention to details were excellent. Kenny's team took extra care of our personal items and thoroughly cleaned each day before leaving. When I contacted Kenny after the job was completed about some minor wall and floor touch-ups that were necessary, he immediately responded and, within a short time, sent his workers to correct the problem. Thank you Metropolitan Painting & Contracting!
