        My experience with this bank has been fantastic. I have banked at most of the large NYC banks and in every case I have decided I had to move my account because of lack of attention or service or mistakes. My experience with M&T Bank has been stellar. I have never asked for any type of help where they didn't provide it virtually immediately and perfectly.

        The negative reviews puzzle me. The staff at this branch of M & T Bank is extremely friendly and professional, especially Trisha Barnett. What a difference compared to TD Bank where I closed my account because of terrible service. What a wise decision!
