        Im from Texas, but we had my dads service in Colorado. After contacting a few businesses with no response, I contacted Sue at Normans Memorials in Brighton. She was amazing! She helped me with the process of ordering a headstone marker from the VA for my dad. Coming from a military family herself, she was well informed of the process and made it worry free. Her customer service is outstanding, so personable and genuinely friendly and kind. I immediately felt as if she was family, thats how wonderful she is. If youre looking for someone who can expertly assist with this process, please reach out to her in Brighton. Im so glad the other businesses didnt respond because I may not have met her.
