      image Allowed fraud to occur on my Mom's account, wasn't helpful about it, but rude and dismissive. Overtalked me as I tried to explain the situation. "We reversed the charges." Yeah - that doesn't matter when you can overdraft someone's account because you A. didn't verify the person calling in B. allowed someone to make charges to Mom's account fraudulently. Avoid at all costs - go to Buchhannon if you have to use State Farm or use a completely different insurance altogether.
