Beyond the worst customer service ever!!! They are not there to keep the customers happy. I checked in on a friday night was unaware that there was major rennovations occuring. I spent not even three hours in my room and there was a roach in my room. I went downstairs didn't even make a scene and I was refunded my money that I paid. Mind you I paid only for one night although I reserved for two nights. I have not yet to receive my refund. Every time I call I am given a different story and the run around. One person said the refund was issued and another said the refund was not issued. Nobody would let me speak with upper management. Finally I spoke with a lady named Tammy whom was very nasty and unpolite. She told me because I left an empty bottle of wine in the room I am being charged for the whole night. I couldnt believe what I was hearing. SMH. Lady did you not hear that I didn't even get to spend the night because your hotel has roaches. I was so upset because she was harsh and rude. I said just keep my money! Never again horrible experience all together. Very bad customer service!
