CCC Fence Review
Fence installed 2013. Concrete and debris dumped behind bushes on completion. I discovered this after they left because this company will never notify you when they are going to enter or leave your property. One gate installed backwards. Instead of replacing 4x4s, they switched the hinges leaving notches on opposing side. Thanks for the beauty marks. Christine promises to call back anytime for service because they are fair and reasonable after making corrections.
Update 2020: I call for service in August and am advised of a 3hr service minimum. I am notified by reception staff this would drop in winter and to call back in October to schedule. In their words, every year for the last 20 years we drop our minimum service time to 1 hr by October.
I call in October and am informed due to "the unprecedented times of the Covid-19 pandemic" we are busier than ever so we still need to book you a 3hr minimum for 1 hr service. How does that make any sense? We are busier than ever so we're going to charge you more than the time needed?
So I agree to services explicitly in March of 2021 because they couldn't do work in October and I wanted to wait to pay this bill til after the holidays. Christine agrees and CCC Fence agrees. And I quote, the estimate reads "Job to no sooner than March 1, 2020"
So I email back authorization explicitly requesting the work done in March 2021.
Fast forward to January 4th. I get a $362 bill for services rendered on 12/18. I will mention we have no idea if they were actually there or what, if anything, they did. There is no service report or record, only an invoice.
What!!!!
I request an explanation why this happened and am informed "new people in the office, sorry." My wife requests the bill be voided and we meet in March for work to be performed as requested. (If I'm paying for 3 hours of service we will find 3 hrs of work on a fence).
Christine's response was no. So we paid. It's not worth arguing with a company so arrogant. And I am not willing to risk this going to collections or wasting my time in small claims court.
I wouldn't have wrote this if I didn't want to warn others. If you think working with a "small local company" will get you better customer service you are dead wrong. Call one of the big boys. Maybe they will tell you when someone is on your property. Service: Wood fence installation

Terrific! They came out not once, but twice, to give us an estimate, at no cost, and offer several different plans. When it was time to build the fence the work was done quickly and beautifully. We love our new fence and so does our dog! We wanted something simple that would satisfy the HOA requirements and CCC fence did it all.
