        The counter lady was very nice, she worked hard and was the only one at the counter for awhile with a line. She was accommodating. The vehicle tabs expired the third day in on our trip and that was stressful. We were already from out of town, but that created more worry.

        Quick, simple pick-up. In & out in 10 min. Competitive pricing, especially since they were out of my requested compact vehicles and upgraded me to a Mustang (or Challenger) for the compact rate! Desk representative was helpful with information on toll roads and vehicle mpg (a concern since gas in SoCal was over $5/gal!) Easy drop off; leave fob on the dash and go!

        Given an unsafe car that died. Lost a half a day of vacation and theme park tickets as they made me wait for the tow truck and then go to another airport to pick up a replacement. Inconvenience for the customer rather than the company renting unsafe vehicles. Should be a way to leave keys at hotel and go about your day and they deliver a replacement to you.
