        Although no one likes oral surgery, today my appt went very well considering having a tooth pulled. The doctor today was very caring, kept checking on my throughout the procedure (took a little longer than expected due to some complications), he walked me through every step he was doing and assured me that everything was ok. He literally kept asking if I was okay and I appreciate that. I would recommend them 100%. Beside manner is awesome! I even got a text this evening to check in on me. Staff was fine as well.

        Im not sharing my experience because of HIPAA laws, but go somewhere else if you have the choice. Wasnt pleasant nor very professional. I felt like burden/ inconvenience being there.

        Horrible service. The receptionist had a nasty attitude from the time I walked in. It took them three weeks to get me in for a CONSULT and when I finally came in, they thought they were doing my actual extraction. WHAT?! Then they tried to tell me Id be charged for the consult when I specifically asked this on the phone. Save your time, go somewhere else! HORRIBLE SERVICE. I walked out and you should NEVER walk in!

        Dr. Chason did my extraction, and did an amazing job. I was very nervous when I first came in, however Dr. Chason greeted me with kindness, and explained the procedure beforehand. He also asked if I had any questions, and wanted to ensure I was comfortable. The extraction was quick and painless. All of the office staff were also very friendly, and accommodating. Dr. Chason and team help me to know there are still hardworking, kind, and professional people still left in the world. I received 5 star service from beginning until end. Dr. Chason also called me later in the evening as the front desk informed me, to check to see how I was doing after the extraction. I would recommend Dr. Chason to anyone looking for steller service. Thank you so much for the excellent service, and care.

        I needed a couple of extractions done. I am not really comfortable with anything related to dental work. This was easy and painless. I recovered in a few hour. I would highly recommend Dr Chason he is excellent at what he does.
