Quite and Safe! My overall experience was well. This complex is very quiet and small. The neighbors are all very friendly and respectful. A lot of insects within this apartment, centipedes, especially bad in the spring and summer months. However maintenance is good at treating the issue.

The neighborhood is good. Neighbors are good. Fact they have increased my rent $300.00 since the outbreak of Covid is unethical. If you do move in, anticipate a 100-150 increase every year on rent plus additional requirements like insurance and paying for inspections.
Staff is rude. Anytime you call it seems like you’re annoying them. They also delay posting your rent check for over a month if a single person goes on vacation (apparently only one person in the entire company does the payments)
My electric bill is 300-400 a month in the winter (I had a mercury thermostat for the first four years I’ve lived here and have requested it be updated since I moved in. They finally did it a couple months ago.), so prepare yourself for that. Super drafty. The apartment looks nice and has a really nice design, but you’ll quickly learn that it’s a money pit. Be warned.
