        On Monday, January 29, 2024 I went in to look at flooring, samples and Garfield Derick first of all took forever to notice me even in the store, and then afterwards proceeded to very nasty and rude never going back

        I came to this store today 12/18/23 and the store manger Garfield Derrick was totally unprofessional and nasty. He never acknowledged me being in the store as I was waiting for assistance. When I did I asked for his help he began yelling on top of lungs yes the store manager I asked this is how you treat a customer? I then told him I will call corporate he said I am free to whatever I want and also said this is not my last stop. I said wow this is the store manger that LL flooring has to help customers. I never in my life seen so much unprofessionalism and I will never purchase from here again. LL flooring needs to provide this man to some serious training on how to deal with customers. A manager is supposed to manage the situation but the manger was yelling I mean yelling and being rude to the customer. This is the man I encounter today at 11:14 am in the store on Kinkel street in westbury ny.
