Arrived early had a 3am but checked in for my appointment that night. Shipper guy was friendly and helped me out, they go by appointment only. Told me I could park at the Walmart or target end of parking lot and wouldn't be bothered I went to target its closer and wasn't bothered all night. Got a call and a door at 1:50ish AM and simple instructions were given. It is not a lot of room to maneuver so be on your game especially with the company traffic in and out. After unloaded went in for bills the receiver guy looks like a methed up Danny DeVito and is completely rude. I had a full truck load of whopper Jr. Patty's on and 1 case was damaged he wouldn't let me look at it or take pictures he said they sent a picture to the shipper and I wasn't allowed to see it due to them already throwing it away. So after getting in my truck and scanning my bills he comes out and starts yelling to get out of the dock cause I'm holding up his facility. I just gave him the middle finger and I left. This place "WILL" scam you of part of your loads the other reviews don't lie. These people here are notorious for scamming loads. I'd prefer they not be I'm business. I'm only doing a 2 star because of the friendly guy in shipping office.

Fist time here, and so far reviews are true backing to a dock is very tight , were about 7 feet longer than the day trucks they use, waiting to see how long it takes to unload and lumper fee, which is ran through Relay now.checked in @ appointment time (8:00am) checked out paperwork in hand (9:04am) so overall good experience. Tight backing!

This guys have the worst lumper service USA they charging for whatever they want and they don't want to show you pictures or facts what was damaged on the load AVOID THIS COPANY FOR ANY SERVICE YOUR DOING WITH THEM OR FOR THEM!!!
