AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care

I had my vehicle towed in due to my car smoking. I was told I needed a radiator to fix the problem. After the radiator was replaced, I asked to go on a test drive. I was told the car is still smoking and now it cant even drive as in turn all the way on to drive. I feel cheated out of my money. Because the same issue I came with I left with. Thats unfair and I feel like this happened for another reason. Because the employees started to yell and scream because I kept asking, what did he do? His behavior was very threatening and inappropriate. Most importantly the employee kept calling my insurance to see what Im covered for, to the point my insurance called me and asked was I ok and why was he calling them?He was trying to file claims without my permission. Completely Illegal. I may have to further my actions.

I was having a problem with my truck and had been quoted what I thought was a high price for a repair. I researched and found Aamco, and that they had financing arrangements that could be helpful for a large repair. I called and spoke with Randy and found him very helpful and straightforward, so I made an appt. When I took it in we test drive my truck and he identified the problem right away. He repaired it with good parts and didn't do anything unnecessary. Plus he drove me up the street and picked me up when done. And I could afford it! I can't say enough good things about this business and Randy. I highly recommend. Hello again!! I want to add to this review because I just had another necessary repair done here. It was major, a czouple brewing issues. I was quoted a fair price, nothing unnecessary like at so many other places! It was done in a timely manner. I had to leave the vehicle an additional 2 days as I was out of town for work and there was no problem with that. I also was able to afford the repair through awesome financing arrangements. I also have to add about the staff. The manager Andy, owner Randy, and knowledgeable techs are AMAZING!!! They tell you everything, explain things, and are very coureous and pleasant. I can't recommend AAMCO enough..please come here for all your vehicle issues and concerns!!

Has consistently proven themself to me as trustworthy and helped me out when I needed it. As long as they think they can handle a service my car needs, I'll never bring it anywhere else, even if it is quite the trip.

Service and repairs were exemplary! I came in for breaks and serpentine belt replacement, the repairs were done in a timely manner, got my vehicle back the same day. I left completely satisfied. And paid a fraction of the cost versus the dealer and most other shops. Techs and manager were super knowledgeable, honest and friendly. Stars across the board!!
