Homewood Sweets is an oasis of comfort and hospitality, and my recent stay was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by Coco at the front desk. Her genuine smile and eagerness to assist immediately made me feel at ease, as if I were returning home after a long journey.
Throughout my stay, Mrs. Anna and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my experience was impeccable. Whether it was arranging transportation, providing recommendations for local attractions, or simply engaging in friendly conversation, their dedication to exceptional customer service was evident at every turn.

Very rude front desk staff. I was not greeted once I came into the lobby and approached the front desk. This happened on March 28th around 12:50pm. I asked the front desk women if I could check in early and she gave a really smart answer instead of kindly telling me I could not because my room was not ready yet. I did not feel welcomed so I chose to cancel my reservation and go somewhere else. Providing great, friendly customer service is vital in a front desk position and this is something that lady needs to work on.

I was hesitant to book originally but decided to since there has been a bunch of good reviews since renovation. I was here to go to the Paley Institute, which is right down the road, for my 2 year old son.
Whitney at the front desk was absolutely amazing and accommodating. She got me in early and was super friendly. James in maintenance was also awesome. There was a problem in our original room and before we could go in, he stopped us, called the front desk, got our room changed, escorted us to the new room and let us in. He later brought me up the keys to my new room, which he didn't have to do, but did anyway.
The rooms were clean and spacious.
My only complaint and it is on the petty side, is that the little market (sundries) didn't have any beer. Other than that, I had a great stay and experience. We will be back again!

We checked into this hotel for 11 nights because my daughter was having surgery in a nearby hospital. When choosing where to stay we considered Airbnbs nearby for half the price and twice the space. The only reason we chose the hotel over the Airbnb was because we wanted housekeeping services and didnt want to be busy cleaning when we knew we would be going back and forth to the hospital . Lo and behold, we are here on day 9 and housekeeping has shown up exactly once!! On day 2 we complained to the front desk who told us that they only clean the rooms every third day! Nowhere in the booking was this information disclosed! On day 5 we again complained as our room still wasnt cleaned even once. Housekeeping showed up on day 6!! When I spoke to the front desk clerk she explained that they are having a lot of short term guests and cant keep up with the housekeeping demands. Why is that my problem?? I will never again stay at a Hilton hotel. This was the worst experience ever!!
