I love this place, because I saved a lot of $$$ getting the parts I needed. And I did it myself that's also very rewarding.

The most horrible customer service. The most ridiculous policies. They take your picture they take your phone number but when you buy an item, they do not keep records of it. It is unnecessary to take all the information that they do from a customer. If at the end of the day you cant come and exchange something when you accidentally bought the wrong year and throughout your receipt . They want to act like its a Gucci or Prada store that you need a receipt to exchange something when you just bought it and you got the wrong year. To Spanish ladies in the front including the manager, are completely uneducated unethical, they have no idea what customer services is. Ridiculous to say the least.
