Terrible still waiting for them to finish my bathroom tiles its been 4days n counting have to go to someones house to take a shower its redicules

Been living here for 17 years, the last couple of years until now, the complex has gone downhill, with the buildings showing signs of damage which is a concern, a/c units breaking down, everything and anything that breaks down the tenant has to wait for the complex manager to make a decision, which could take weeks, the landscaping it's self is horrible, garbage laying around the complex, until maintenance comes around and picks it up....the office does not have a problem sending notifications to tenants of rules that we are breaking, but when it comes to them not doing their job,it's a different story...with our rent going up in a couple of months again, what are we getting in return? Continously, having a/c issues by freezing up, in the last 2 weeks it has frozen up and of course it's on the weekend, where no one is available at the office or maintenance cellphone is not accepting calls.....seriously! Management has to do better, but I don't think so.....
