For my second visit I specifically requested a 9:30 am appointment because I have patients of my own to take care of.  The Dr. agreed to this a few days prior. I showed up at 9:30am but the office was closed.  After sending a text and calling the office number I had to leave at 9:45.  It's now 10:15 and no word.  I've experienced better and when I promise a patient a schedule time I keep it, I would hope that other healthcare workers will have the courtesy to do the same. I guess not.

I am going to write this as delicately as I can as I don't want this taken down.I have been seeing Dr. Aaron Schoneberger for several months to treat a back injury. I had an appointment yesterday, which I was a couple of minutes early for. There is never a receptionist there when I'm there, and it's not uncommon for him to be in a treatment room with another patient when I arrive.I sat alone in the lobby to wait for my mid-afternoon appointment as I always do. As I was waiting, several minutes into my appointment time, I started hearing sounds. The sounds began to get louder. And louder. Delicately put, I realized it was the sound of a very vocal woman having an intimate encounter with a partner. I got up out of my seat and walked toward the desk - I wanted to confirm what I was hearing and where it was coming from. The sounds were definitely coming from one of the treatment rooms. I was 100% sure what I was hearing, and I was horrified. I would have left, but I didn't want to get stuck with paying a no-show fee. I waited for them to finish. I rang the bell on the desk and waited for him to come out. When Dr. Schoneberger came out of the room, I said, "I'm gonna go". All he said was, "okay". I walked out in complete shock.I cannot wrap my mind around how someone could be so unprofessional and inappropriate at a work place during business hours. This behavior is completely unacceptable. I have never been so uncomfortable in my life, let alone in a medical setting. I made this appointment 2 weeks ago and confirmed yesterday, so he knew I was coming.Probably needless to say, but I won't be returning. Neither will my sister who was equally horrified. I have filed a formal complaint with Chiropractic Examiners Board, but I wanted to write something here in case nothing comes of that. I would want to know something like this as it would help me making decisions about where to seek medical care.

Undoubtedly the best chiropractic work I've ever received. I write in glittering terms because Dr. Aaron's work is worthy of fervent praise! Dr. Aaron is skilled and consistent; his demeanor is relaxing and reassuring. Debbie, the massage therapist, is also talented and professional about her work. They take a very personal approach to care. Calm and patience is the consistent mood/vibe of the business, it's a great place to practice serenity during a busy week.

I had my very first chiropractic adjustment ever, and I have to say Dr. Aron is a miracle doctor!   I injured my neck two months ago, and I have been suffering since.  A friend recommended Dr. Aron, and I could not believe it, but after just one treatment, I felt like a brand new person and got most of my neck movements back.  There's still some ways to go, but it's a great start!  Dr. Aron is truly a wonderful and compassionate person--he made me felt comfortable and at ease for my first chiropractic experience.  The massage therapist, Debbie, is also very good at finding and taking care of the knots in my back and shoulders.   They both have amazing healing hands!  If you ever need a good caring chiropractor who's attentive and great at what he does, I highly recommend Dr. Aron!
