Fake Company with fake people

So unprofessional and fake.
Our company sent over a work order and the next day - Someone by the name Omid said he doesn't remember anything about the email conversation. Next day - a lady picked up and rudely denied everything just to hang the call mid-call. They not only wasted our Entire Team's time and resources but also had the audacity to say that they don't remember anything from our conversation - literally from their email domain server.
Its' alright - Our Legal Team is gonna compile all evidence and planning to sue in them court in few days.
If you are planning to do business with them, think twice - This is almost a fake company - wasting other's time and money.
I hope our Counsel get them bad for this unprofessional behavior.
