I really appreciate Marcs help in finding me an appropriate Medicare Advantage plan that Meets my needs. He met with us (on our deck with social distancing firmly in place!) and laid out my options for supplemental insurance. Before he left, I had both my Medicare.gov account set up AND was signed up for my supplemental insurance. Marc assured me that if my health insurance needs change, hes always available to help me change plans, if necessary. I found the whole, bewildering process of signing up for Medicare incredibly easy with Marcs help. Incredible positive experience. Well informed and clear presentation. Mr. Figlar gave us a lot of options and explained all of them. He gave us a lot of time and no pressure to purchase anything specific. Answered questions well. Highly recommend!
