Dr. Dimitri Perdikis, DDS

I dont recommend Dr. Perdikis. Family member needed a crown. First impression for the crown didnt fit. Came back for second crown impression, and also it did not fit. Obviously, quality control does not exist for Dr. Perdikis office. Stay away, and find another dentist.

I brought my mother to him a year ago. First, he and his team made a great impression on both of us. They asked us after the first visit to give them good review... Unfortunately, my mother has great problems with her gums. At our second visit he told me that we would go through slow treatment. I was confused when he told me that he would take out all her old crowns and bridges and then diagnose her (sounds weird and it is like drawing into the money debt). He removed her old bridge at the next visit and said he would install new crowns. His team did not explain to me clearly and some important aspects were missing such as that it would be new crowns NOT the new bridge. A month later, someone from his team called me and clarified that those would be crowns not the bridge and that the bridge would cost me twice as much (almost $5,000). I was very disappointed. Terrible communication, him and his team treated us like numbers. The result was we refused completely to install new crowns. It has been several months and they keep sending us a bill for $2,800 although we did not agree to install the crowns. I cannot recommend them. They are terrible!

Impossible to get a hold of even when leaving messages and with a referral. Then when I actually reached them they were rude as anything. And at that I haven't even been established as a new patient! I will look elsewhere!

I just wanted to share, the great dental appointment I had today! I had my cleaning today and exam. The hygienist Andrea is friendly and very knowledgeable, and she took her time to explain everything to me. Dr. Perdikis came in for his exam and he is very personable, and also very knowledgeable in explaining all my dental needs. Dr. Perdikis will answer any questions you may have.The entire staff is very friendly and willing to help. I highly recommend this office for all your dental care!!
