I would give them a negative star rating if I could. My room was infested with bed bugs. Even after showing a video and images to the front desk they were unconcerned. In the end I had to find a different hotel by myself. Stay away!!!!

It was alright, but under construction and therefore overpriced. Not clear where to enter. Rooms not that nice.

I have shoot different events in this hotel and the service and food are excellent. Totally recommended!

Worst customer service I have ever witnessed in my life. My sister had a room block here for her wedding. Details were all set up and never once was there a mention of there potentially being a chance the hotel would be closed due to covid or was closed at the time of the room block. Less than 2 months before my sisters wedding they email her, not even a phone call out of respect, to let her know the hotel is closed and all the people who booked because the invites were already sent out would have to find other lodging. Let alone having to tell everyone that has booked they have to book another place we arent even sure if other places have the availabiltiy we need and we are hosting guests out of town. If you want a hotel that will wash their hands of you no problem at any given moment without a care in the world than this is the place for you. It even pains me to have to give them 1 star because it was the only way to post this warning review. Motels offer better service than this!!!!
