All of the bad reviews of this place are spot on. Rude, uncaring, and horrible organizational skills all evident. Must be a management Karen running the place. You can clearly tell they don't care about the patient... it's just a job. I really think they get satisfaction from being rude to patients. Also if you don't buy their products in-house they will make it difficult to pickup stuff from Ames because it's a different provider. The shop in Ames literally told me countless stories about having this problem with them. Find other sleep disorder centers in Iowa. Worth the drive to stay away from this place.

I am handicapped and I have a hard time getting out of regular chairs. They went out of their way to find a pillow I could sit on to raise me up a few inches. No one has ever done that for me. As we all know medical facilities do not have handicapped friendly lobbies. Why no tall chairs??? I found Aaron to b very nice and helpful. They did forget to take a copy of my insurance cards.

Awful staff, lied to, they refused to accept either of 2 different insurance coverages (Both big name plans) after waiting nearly 6 months for an apt. Don't deal with them.
